Description: These courses let students explore journalistic writing through the analysis of newspaper. It concentrates on the purpose, influence, structure, and language use. It also covers newsgathering, ethics, copyrighting, editing, and revising. It will also include typesetting, layout, circulation, and production as minor aspects. 12th graders can only take Journalism / Newspaper I in the Fall semester.
