he dream was extravagant, the idea simple; to beautify our waterfront, and attract citizens and
tourists to our city core. The plan became equally as extravagant and elaborate. The beautification plan includes: theatres, water play areas, mini train stations, gazebos, fountains, playgrounds, and more. This plan is expected to be implemented in four phases in a span of 10-15 years.
