Big Sister
2016
A group of Grade 5 and 6 learners as offered the opportunity to take part in our popular Big Sister Programme. Paired with learners in Grade 11 and 12 at Wynberg Girls’ High School, our girls participated in individual and group activities that focused on fostering self-esteem, encouraging emotional expression and giving them a safe space within which to develop their self-confidence. The Big Sister experience is one that is special for the younger and older girls alike, affording the opportunity to create wonderful memories and gain valuable social skills with which to move forward in life.
