The Grade 6 and 7 girls with their moms attended the extravagant High Tea. It was a lovely summer morning and there was music, cake and absolutely anything you could wish for. The ladies came dressed to impress with everything from elegant skirts to high hairdos. The mothers stole the limelight from their daughters in some cases.
High Tea
It was all highs and no lows, except for the tea spills. The girls sang their hearts out to Justin Bieber, while the mothers chatted amongst themselves. There were many fun activities such as making crazy, creative hats in groups. We also had to find items from a handbag list and there were lots of screaming and running around to try and be the first table to get the items.
The high tea was without a doubt, one of the many highlights of 2016 for us Wynberg ladies. Many memories were made and captured. Thank you for such a memorable, exciting event.

Staying up and having pillow fights Swimming at night and singing songs
Watching movies and eating all night long
Waking up with messy hair
Girls that were screaming everywhere
Running and jumping and having fun Scaring people, that made them run Playing games in the dark Not thinking about our Math mark Oh my word, time flies by
We had to pack our bags and say good-bye
