Finances If you need them, you will be able to choose your option or elective modules in eVision once you have received confirmation that you have successfully completed the other pre-enrolment processes. Tuition Fees (Postgraduate) Use the electives website to find out if you need to choose any option of elective modules www.keele.ac.uk/electives. Click on module selection or modules and use the tabs and links to select your level of study and your chosen degree. You have until Sunday 20 September to choose your modules online. After this date you will need to come along in person to the Electives Helpdesk. (See page 40 for details.) University Accommodation University accommodation is only available for full-time students. If you are eligible, you will have been sent information about how to apply to live in our Halls of Residence. Information about who can apply for accommodation and the order in which we allocate accommodation can be found on our webpages in both the sections for New Home & EU and New International Students www.keele.ac.uk/accommodation Undergraduate & Postgraduate students – you should have received an email with a link to the online accommodation application form. Once you complete this you should receive an email confirmation of your room choices. Your accommodation offer will be sent via email after results are confirmed; when you receive this you will have 5 days in which to accept. If you wish to accept this offer, you will need to make your advance payment by the deadline which is in your accommodation offer. Before arriving on campus you must complete the Accommodation Online Induction. At the end of this you must print off your Accommodation Boarding Pass which will allow you to collect your keys when you arrive. Tuition Fees (Undergraduate) If you have taken out a Tuition Fee loan to pay your fees, you will not start repaying the loan until after you have finished your course and are earning over £21,000 a year. The University will be electronically notified of the amount of funding you are receiving and invoice you for any remaining balance. WELCOME GUIDE 2015 Electives and Optional Modules Tuition fees for 2015/16 were stated in your offer letters and will be invoiced to you. If you have a sponsor for all or part of your fees, you MUST provide written confirmation from your sponsor with the details of the payments they will make. The sponsor will need to provide their full name and address for invoicing purposes, together with the amount of funding they are supplying. If you are responsible for your fees you can pay either in full or in two instalments. More information on payment methods and payment dates is available on our website at www.keele.ac.uk/finance/income If you are on a modular mode of attendance, then you will be invoiced as you enrol for each module.
