• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 2 Tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers
•. 5 cup fat free shredded Cheddar cheese
• 8 oz turkey, breast, without skin
• 16 oz. tomatoes, canned, w / out salt
Preparation Instructions
Cook the turkey and cut it into bite size pieces. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a casserole dish. Put in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
