• 5 1 / 4 fl . oz skim milk
• 1 / 2 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
Preparation Instructions
Combine soup and dressing mix . Fill soup can halfway with milk and pour into mix . Stir well . Pour over chicken .

• 8 ounces dry pasta ( Ziti or macaroni )
• 1 / 2 cup TVP ( dry )
• 1 14 ounce can no-salt diced tomatoes
• 1 small can salt-free tomato sauce
• 1 medium onion
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 1 Tbsp . olive oil
Preparation Instructions
Cook pasta to al dente . Reconstitute TVP with boiling water . Sauté onion and garlic with 1 T . olive oil . Add reconstituted TVP and brown slightly . Mix cooked pasta with TVP-oniongarlic mixture and tomatoes . Place in dish sprayed lightly with Pam . Pour tomato sauce over top . Bake about 30-40 minutes .
