• 4 oz Mushrooms , white , raw MUC
• 1 ea Onions , med , raw FDA
• 2 ea Garlic , cloves , raw , ea
• 3 c Corn , niblets , plain , frozen
• 4 c Potatoes , mashed
• 1 / 4 c Milk , nonfat / skim
• 1 pound Beef , chuck , ground , extra lean , raw
Preparation Instructions
Brown ground beef and add onions , mushrooms and garlic . Boil potatoes and mash with milk until smooth . In oven proof dish , layer meat mixture , corn and potatoes . Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes . Remove lid for last five minutes or so to brown top . Add any of your favorite spices to this recipe to make it your own .

• 1 can corn
• 1 package taco seasoning
• 1 chicken breast
• 1 whole wheat tortilla
Preparation Instructions
While grilling the chicken combine black beans corn and seasoning in a sauté pan . Cook until thickened . Cut the cooked chicken into bite sized pieces and add to pan . Cook for a few minutes to meld flavors . To serve use tortillas or serve on lettuce or even baked tortilla chips . ( Add low fat sour cream or cheese if desired )
