Kind of like a“ faux” crab cake. Great for lunch or dinner. Can be prepared ahead too.

• 5 oz Tuna, white, canned in water, drained
• 1 oz potato, from mashed or baked( plain)
• 1 Tsp Mustard
• Paprika( Reserve until the end)
• Ground Black Pepper
Preparation Instructions
Combine all ingredients( except Paprika) in a food processor and mix until well combined and mixture comes together. Adjust potato quantity to help bind the mixture. Form into 2 patties and place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle Paprika over each for color. Spray patties as well. Broil until nicely browned.

Fun Facts You can flavor these with any seasonings you happen to like. I have used at different times, Cajun spice mix, Thyme, different mustards, etc. I eat these a lot and get them to work in fat burning quite nicely.

Ingredients
4 Servings
• 8 oz. ginger root fresh, sliced thin.
• 3 tbs. peanut oil
• 4 ea. garlic cloves, raw, sliced thin
• 2 TBS. fish sauce
• 2 tsp. sugar
• 10 oz. beef sirloin strip steak, lean, sliced very thin on the bias
• 4 cups white long grain rice, cooked
Preparation Instructions
Heat oil in fry pan until very hot. Add ginger and garlic and cook for minute. Be careful not to burn! Add beef and sauté for 2 min. until cooked. Keep the pan moving so the items donʼt burn. Add fish sauce and sugar and toss to coat. Serve over rice.
