This recipe is SO easy ! Anyone who can boil water & use a can opener can make this !

• 2 c . Cooked Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta ( drained )
• 1 can ( 6 oz .) Light Tuna in water ( low sodium , drained )
• 2 tsp . Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 2 tbs . Fat Free Italian Dressing
• 1 tbs . Fat Free Mayonnaise Dash Ground Black Pepper ( to taste )
Preparation Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions , drain & place in medium bowl . While pasta is cooking , in a small bowl , mix tuna , cheese , salad dressing , mayo and pepper . After draining and while pasta is still warm , toss in tuna mixture . Serve alone or over a bed of lettuce . ( Donʼt forget to add the lettuce to your menu !)

Fun Facts Watch the sodium when choosing a salad dressing . Some have quite a lot ( one to try is Hidden Valleyʼs FF Italian ). You can experiment by adding other herbs like oregano or basil to make interesting variations ! Or if you prefer , use another pasta like penne or shells .
