Cook hash browns in an omelet pan coated with cooking spray until browned . Stir in the egg substitute and ground sirloin . Cook until eggs are done . Top with a dollop of fat free sour cream . Add some salsa if you like to spice things up in the morning . The ground sirloin is usually leftovers from the previous nights taco salads
