• 4 egg whites
• 2 cups spinach , chopped ( raw )
• 1 / 2 cooked brown rice
• 2 oz raw brown mushrooms
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation Instructions
Heat the oil in a non stick pan . Add the rice and let it heat up good . Add the mushrooms and let cook a minute or two - then add the spinach . When the spinach is barely wilted , add the eggs . Mix it all together and spread it out in the pan , cook until the whites are white .
