Lateral Raise Machine
What to do:
Sit on the bench facing lateral raise machine. Place your arms under the arm pads and grab onto the handles. Lift both arms as high as you can to the side at the same time. Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way back down.

Don’ t Forget to:
Donʼt let the weight touch down between each repetition. Keep constant tension in the muscles.
