Front Military Press

What to do:

Sit down on a front military bench. Pick up the barbell with the palms facing forward and the bar in front of you. Lift the bar in the air over above your head but in front of you. Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way back down.

Don’ t Forget to:
Be careful not to arch your back too much. Try sucking in the abdominal muscles to help prevent the back arching.

Shoulders, especially front shoulders
