Front Military Press
What to do :
Sit down on a front military bench . Pick up the barbell with the palms facing forward and the bar in front of you . Lift the bar in the air over above your head but in front of you . Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way back down .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Be careful not to arch your back too much . Try sucking in the abdominal muscles to help prevent the back arching .
