Dumbbell Press On Ball
What to do :
Sit on an exercise ball . Holding two dumbbells hold them to your side with a 90 degree angle in your elbows and the palms facing forward . Press the dumbbells over your head bringing them together at the top . Exhale on the way up an inhale on the way back down .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Only bring your arms back down so that the elbows are at the same level as your shoulders .
