Dumbbell Flys On Ball

What to do:

Sit down on an exercise ball with two dumbbells. Start the exercise holding the dumbbells out the side with about a 90 degree angle in your elbows as shown in the start position. Keeping the forearms vertical bring the arms together as shown in the finish position. Exhale as your bring the arms together and inhale as you bring them back to the start position.

Don’ t Forget to:
Make sure when you bring your arms together that you bring the elbows together as well as the hands. Also, keep the elbows up, donʼt let the arms drop.
