Dumbbell Flys On Ball

What to do :

Sit down on an exercise ball with two dumbbells . Start the exercise holding the dumbbells out the side with about a 90 degree angle in your elbows as shown in the start position . Keeping the forearms vertical bring the arms together as shown in the finish position . Exhale as your bring the arms together and inhale as you bring them back to the start position .

Make sure when you bring your arms together that you bring the elbows together as well as the hands . Also , keep the elbows up , donʼt let the arms drop .
