Alternating Front Dumbbell Raises
What to do:
Hold two dumbbells close together in front of you with your palms facing your body. Using one arm at a tie lift the dumbbell directly in front of you until your arm is just above the horizontal. Alternate arms. Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down.

Don’ t Forget to:
Make sure one arm is all the way down before lifting the other.
