Alternating Front Dumbbell Raises
What to do :
Hold two dumbbells close together in front of you with your palms facing your body . Using one arm at a tie lift the dumbbell directly in front of you until your arm is just above the horizontal . Alternate arms . Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Make sure one arm is all the way down before lifting the other .
