Standing Leg Curl
What to do :
Place a weight on the floor for you to stand on . Lean over the standing leg curl as shown . Place your elbows on the elbow supports and grab the handles . Lift one leg up at a time bringing the heel up as high as you can . Bring the weight back down and continue . Do all the repetitions on one leg and then switch and do the other leg .

Don ’ t Forget to :
If you go up too fast your leg will actually come off the leg pad and you will almost be bouncing it up and down . Slow down and keep the leg pad on your calf throughout the entire exercise .
