Jump Lunges

What to do :

This exercise can be done at least two ways . 1 . for more advanced exercises hold a medicine ball in front of you as shown . 2 . For more beginning to intermediate exercises put your hands in front of you for balance and so that theyʼll basically be out of the way . Next , get into a lunge position and then jump into the air . As you jump in the air switch your feet so the back foot is now in the front and vice versa . Make sure that when your feet land on the ground that they land at the same time . Repeat the exercise doing about 10- 15 reps on each side .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Keep the front knee over the heel as much as possible . Donʼt lunge so far forward that the knee is over the toes . Keep your feet about shoulder width apart .

Quads mostly , also glutes and hamstrings
