What to do :
Kneel down on the machine as shown and place your elbows on the elbow rests . Grab onto the handles with your hands and place your foot on the foot pad . Lift your leg straight up towards the ceiling . Do all reps on one leg first and then switch to the other leg .

Don ’ t Forget to :
When you press your leg up be sure to push with the heel and not toe of the foot . This will help keep your foot on the pad instead of slipping off . On the way down donʼt just let the weight drop , bring it down with control .
