Decline Bench Press
What to do:
Lay down on a decline bench press. Center your hands on the bar so they are equal distance from the center of the bar. Lift the bar off of the rack and extend you arms. Bring the bar down to the bottom part of your chest. Press back off of your chest to the start position.

Don’ t Forget to:
Make sure you bring the bar to the bottom part of your chest, not the middle. Use a spotter. Donʼt bounce the bar off of you chest. Use control.
