Decline Bench Press

What to do :

Lay down on a decline bench press . Center your hands on the bar so they are equal distance from the center of the bar . Lift the bar off of the rack and extend you arms . Bring the bar down to the bottom part of your chest . Press back off of your chest to the start position .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Make sure you bring the bar to the bottom part of your chest , not the middle . Use a spotter . Donʼt bounce the bar off of you chest . Use control .
