Chest Press Machine
What to do :
Sit down on the chest press machine . Push on the bar ( that looks like a “ T ” in the pictures above ) to get your handles in position . This way you you donʼt have to torque your shoulders reaching back for the handles . Grab the handles and push them away from your body exhaling as you do so . Inhale as you return to the starting position .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Mix it up with the handle grip . As you can see the handle is L-shaped . On different days when performing this exercise sometimes grab on the vertical handle , other days on the horizontal handle grip . This will help add variety to your work out .
