Bench Press
What to do :
Lay down on a flat bench press . Center you hands on the bar so they are equal distance from the center of the bar . Lift the bar off the rack and straighten your arms as shown in the start position . Bring the bar down to the middle part of your chest . While exhaling push the bar back up to the starting position .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Donʼt bounce the weight off of your chest . Donʼt arch your back . Keep your back flat on the bench . Also , notice how the models forearms are vertical . Donʼt grab the bar so far that your forearms are at an angle instead of vertical . Make certain you use a spotter for this exercise , especially when using heavy weights .
