What to do:

Sit down on the ISO LOW ROW machine. Reach forward and grab the handles with your palms down. Pull on the handles bringing the elbows back as far as you can. Exhale as you pull and inhale as you return the weight to the starting position.

Don’ t Forget to:
Make sure you keep your chest up against the pad. Donʼt rock backwards as you pull on the handles.

Mid & upper back muscles including the lats, and the muscles surrounding the shoulder blade
