What to do :

Sit down on the ISO LOW ROW machine . Reach forward and grab the handles with your palms down . Pull on the handles bringing the elbows back as far as you can . Exhale as you pull and inhale as you return the weight to the starting position .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Make sure you keep your chest up against the pad . Donʼt rock backwards as you pull on the handles .

Mid & upper back muscles including the lats , and the muscles surrounding the shoulder blade
