What to do:

Lay face down on the extreme row bench. Put your chest right on the bench. Grab the handles and pull your elbows back as far as you can. Exhale as you pull and inhale as you return the weight back down.

Don’ t Forget to:
Squeeze the shoulder blades together as you pull the arms up. Also, make sure you donʼt lift your chest off of the bench as you pull back.
