What to do :
Lay face down on the extreme row bench . Put your chest right on the bench . Grab the handles and pull your elbows back as far as you can . Exhale as you pull and inhale as you return the weight back down .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Squeeze the shoulder blades together as you pull the arms up . Also , make sure you donʼt lift your chest off of the bench as you pull back .
