Bent Over Dumbbell Rows
What to do :
Bend over an exercise bench and place the same hand and knee on the bench . Flatten your back so that it is parallel with the ground . Take your dumbbell and first extend the arm so that it is hanging off the edge of the bench as shown in the starting position . Slowly pull the dumbbell into the side of your chest .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Keep the back flat and donʼt jerk the dumbbell up an down . Donʼt twist the body as you bring the dumbbell . Rather , lead with the elbow .
