Bent Over Dumbbell Rows
What to do:
Bend over an exercise bench and place the same hand and knee on the bench. Flatten your back so that it is parallel with the ground. Take your dumbbell and first extend the arm so that it is hanging off the edge of the bench as shown in the starting position. Slowly pull the dumbbell into the side of your chest.

Don’ t Forget to:
Keep the back flat and donʼt jerk the dumbbell up an down. Donʼt twist the body as you bring the dumbbell. Rather, lead with the elbow.
