Bent Over Barbell Rows
What to do :
Bend your knees and bend your body over so that your back is flat and parallel with the ground . Arch your back and point your toes forward . Pick up the barbell so that is slightly wider than a shoulder width grip . The row motion is pulling the barbell straight up into your mid-section . Pull the barbell right between your upper abdominal muscles and lower chest .
