What to do:

Stand upright and hold an easy curl bar. Grab the bar with your palms down on the inside slant of the bar as shown. Bring the elbows slightly forward and while keeping the elbows still curl the bar up to the finish position as shown. Bring the bar back down( slowly) and repeat.
