What to do :
Stand upright and hold an easy curl bar . Grab the bar with your palms down on the inside slant of the bar as shown . Bring the elbows slightly forward and while keeping the elbows still curl the bar up to the finish position as shown . Bring the bar back down ( slowly ) and repeat .
