Dip Machine

What to do:

The dip machine is a great way to do dips and work the triceps without having to lift you entire body weight. This machine works best if you push the handles down as you sit down. This will save unnecessary torque on the shoulder from trying to reach up to grab the handles. Start with the arms extended and the handles in the down position. Bending at the elbows let the handles come up as far as you can comfortably bend your arms. Push the handles back down to complete the exercise. When finished with your set stand up, still holding on to the handles, and let them come up with you.

Don’ t Forget to:
Donʼt lean too far forward. A little forward lean is O. K. but if the exercise is too difficult lower the weight instead of compromising your form.
