Ball Raise Off Incline
What to do :
Lay down on a sit up machine with your head on the high end of the bench . Grab an exercise ball right in the middle of the ball with you inner calf and ankles . Lift the ball in the air exhaling as you lift up . Inhale as you bring the ball back down .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Try to keep your lower back on the bench . Also , donʼt let the ball touch the floor on the way down .
