All natural banana bread for those on the go
Ingredients
2 Servings
• 2 scoops protein powder, chocolate
•. 5 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder.
• 125 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 banana thatʼs getting a little into its“ golden years”
• 1 egg white
•. 25 cup unsweetened applesauce
Preparation Instructions
In a separate bowl, mash up a banana and combine with the egg white and the applesauce take this mixture and pour it into another bowl with the baking powder, baking soda, protein powder and wheat flour. Mix for a while until you get an even consistency with no lumps. Divide into as 2 mini-loaf pans, or one large mini-pan( recipe is for 2 servings), and bake in the over at 350 until golden brown.

• 4 Egg Whites
• 4 Splenda Packets
• 1 T Brown Sugar Twin( omit if unavailable)
• 4 T Vital Wheat Gluten( Arrowhead Mills)
• Pam Canola Spray
Preparation Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, then spoon into 5 equal mounds on a cookie sheet sprayed lightly with Pam. Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes or“ fry” in Pam in a covered skillet until brown on both sides.
