• 1 c cooked black beans
• 3 ea garlic cloves, roasted
•. 5 t olive oil
• 2 T cilantro chopped
• 2. ea jalapenos, roasted
•. 5 t salt
Preparation Instructions
Roast the garlic and chilies. Peel and seed the chilies and chop them finely. In a food processor( or in a bowl with a fork) mash the beans until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
