• 1 c cooked black beans
• 3 ea garlic cloves , roasted
• . 5 t olive oil
• 2 T cilantro chopped
• 2 . ea jalapenos , roasted
• . 5 t salt
Preparation Instructions
Roast the garlic and chilies . Peel and seed the chilies and chop them finely . In a food processor ( or in a bowl with a fork ) mash the beans until smooth . Add remaining ingredients and mix well .
