and it went down a storm. We both felt wedding cake just wasn’ t“ us” and honestly felt a bit too traditional. The doughnuts were fun, generous, and guests loved them. Zero regrets.
We also had a fully stocked sweet cart provided by The Little Sleepover Company which tied everything together nicely and everyone kept going back for more!

Our advice to other couples? Don’ t do things just because weddings‘ usually’ do them, do what suits you. We skipped a traditional cake and nobody missed it. Spend money on the things that matter to you, and choose suppliers who make you feel relaxed, that’ s what makes the day feel good.
