‘ It’ s a stunning setting that feels timeless’
We wanted somewhere that felt special as soon as we arrived, classic, beautiful, and well set-up for a full wedding day. Broome Park had that‘ proper wedding venue’ feel without being stiff, and it gave us the space and setting to make the day feel effortless for everyone.
It’ s a stunning setting and it feels timeless, which suited what we wanted. It also worked brilliantly logistically, ceremony, reception, photos, and the flow of the day all made sense.
‘ We chose meaningful accessories instead of expensive suits’
We both wanted suits that felt sharp and classic, but we didn’ t want to go over the top for the sake of it. We went with Next because the tailoring was smart, the fit was great, and it suited the overall look we were going for, classic, polished and comfortable.
Instead, we chose to spend on meaningful accessories we’ d use again. We went for Louis Vuitton ties and belts, and we both wore our own wedding fragrance, also Louis Vuitton, which was really special to us.

Saying our vows was the heart of the day. Everything else is lovely, but that’ s the bit you remember forever.
The highlights for us include the ceremony and the feeling afterwards – that calm‘ we’ re married’ moment when you finally get a second together and everything sinks in. Standing watching fireworks after getting married was a real highlight too!

We didn’ t have a traditional wedding cake, we went for 100 Krispy Kreme doughnuts instead,
