Jamón serrano ( 24-month cured serrano ham )
Begin your tapas adventure with some exquisitely presented serrano ham , carved right at your table . Each slice is paper-thin and hits your tongue with a salty kick that will have your taste buds begging for more . The serrano ham is served with crunchy breadsticks to perfectly complement the texture of the ham .
Traditional pan de cristal con tomate y queso Manchego ( Toasted slices of bread brushed with fresh tomato served with Manchego cheese )
The bread in this dish is no ordinary bread . It ’ s imported from Barcelona , Spain , because the water used to make it has a very particular mineral composition , giving it a signature crisp yet airy texture . The bread is brushed lightly with olive oil , salt , and tomato fresco and paired with Manchego cheese . It is simply incredible .
