Carl: March begins Spring Break. Even though the crowds start hitting the
second week of the month, that’s the one I pick because that’s when the Flower
and Garden Festival starts.
Dave: Carl, I like the week before yours—the week beginning March 1. Thanks
to pretty much the entire state of Texas being on break then, among others,
2015 Spring Break crowds begin on March 7. They continue through the week
after Easter.

Stephanie: But luckily Easter falls at the beginning of April, releasing the crowds a
bit - right?

Dave: Any arrival date after 4/11 will be fine—the later, the better, because of
how the weather improves over the month. Two of the worst weeks at Disney
World are the weeks before and after Easter. In 2015 Easter, on April 5, is in the
middle of its range, leaving lots of good later April dates but nothing early in the
month. In an unusual turn, for 2015 I see the week after Easter as actually worse
than the week before, because of the patterning of school breaks in 2015. That’s
the reverse of the usual pattern.
Carl: Like Dave said, the later the better in April, definitely miss Easter week.
That one will be crazy. Spring break crowds will be going after Easter week so
the last half of the month will be really nice.
