STORAGE SOLUTIONS
An advocate of built-in features that maximize space and storage, Weinstein designed a custom wall unit for her dining area that
looks like library shelves. In actuality, it is a wall of black painted wooden cabinets with antique leather book bindings from England
that are attached to the door fronts to hide a storage area for dishes and glasses. A countertop used when entertaining sits below the
books.
A full wall of built-in drawers and cabinets in her bedroom hide a television and provide storage for clothes. Wooden plaques
painted and glued on flat cabinet doors give a designer look beneath the soffit with high hat lighting. Additional shelving installed
behind her clothing in a closet in the hall hide her cake decorating supplies. ■
