Salvete ! I hope everyone ’ s been well since our last meeting . Since we last saw one another , I have pushed out the Love for Our Elders Service Project as proposed and worked with my delegation to produce nineteen letters . The Google Form saw over fifty submissions when including combined submissions condensed into one response . In addition , I worked with Chloe and my delegation historians to draft a few t-shirt ideas which I will be presenting today . I also worked with Lauren Fisher on the VJCL TikTok Account Proposal and Prep Squad event for NLE prep . This includes drafting Instagram posts , Google Group emails , and history review questions . After this meeting , I hope to have a plan of action for NJCL spirit working with Ms . P , as the NJCL packet was released on Friday , and to make the TikTok Account and Prep Squad event a reality .

Salvete officers , co-chairs , delegates , and sponsors ; it ’ s really good to see you all in person ! Since our last meeting , I ’ ve created the winter board meeting minutes which will be reviewed and sent out along with the spring minutes by March 9th , read through my predecessors ’ minutes as well went through the “ How to Take Minutes ” guide on the VJCL website so I can improve for this spring meeting ’ s minutes . I ’ ve also helped my fellow officers by contributing with my blurb in the forum and helping 1st Vice President Lauren by writing questions for the NLE prep squad event .
