My highlight from this past year has to be the "board bonding" afternoon the current officers and I had in February. Natalie and I went to go pick up boba tea in between rounds and we all stayed for the finals before reconvening at a nearby lazer tag place. We had so much fun together that day... I think that has to be my favorite memory.
My JCL highlight from this past year was Virginia winning first in overall membership growth at NJCL Convention this past summer. It was fantastic to see all of the work and effort myself and my committee poured into expanding the VJCL this year pay off in such a big way.
My highlight from this year has to be developing such strong friendships with the other officers on this year's board. Even though we weren't able to spend time together at the University of Richmond this summer, we managed to bond as a group and I really cherish the relationships we have developed over our terms.
