Chef Thia
Her most cherished dream is to be able to open
her signature restaurant in her native Haiti.
She gives a piece of advice to all culinary students getting ready
to join the work force: “Be humble, accept criticism positively,
focus and learn from your mistakes, let your creativity fly to the
skies and unleash your passion, while always preserving your
originality and last but not least, be disciplined”.
While living in Miami at present, her most cherished dream is
to be able to open her signature restaurant in her native Haiti.
Her kaleidoscope of goodies is quite wide and just to mention
one of her specialties Viv highly recommends Chef Thia’s “Mon
grilled steak”.

Cynthia Verna’s expertise, her love for Caribbean/fusion platters,
