Although we love exercising, spending hours doing so is not our
idea of fun. Besides more often than not it is impossible since
we have busy lives, full time jobs and a social life. In today’s society high intensity interval training routines such as T-25, Tabata
Training and TurboFire are the rave because they require bursts
of intense effort followed by short periods of rest, all in less time
than the average workout. However, are they gimmicks or is
