Activity at Cooking & Catering School (12:45-14:00)
After the tour, in accordance with the project’s central theme, traditional food, we
went to visit the Catering School where we were kindly shown around the building with its
classrooms, kitchens, wine-cellar, dining-room, library etc. An expert ham slicer taught us
how to cut ham properly. We tasted the ham and also used it to make some delicious
pizzas.
