After a few words from Martina, the ‘Heritage Around Us’ Erasmus Project
Coordinator, and another group photo, we left the Town Hall in order to continue our
scheduled activities.
Guided tour of Teruel Old Town (11:30-12:30)
In order to learn more about the Old town of Teruel, after visiting the Town Hall the
visiting teachers and students had a guided tour around Teruel’s Mudejar and Modernist
architecture.
The tour began in Cathedral Square, then San Martin tower, Torico Square with its
modernist buildings, Nuns’ Square and ended in Nueva Street at Salvador tower. From
here we had a panoramic view of the town and its most important buildings.
