refuse to sell to Americans.
By the way, they are already
restricted to sell to Chinese,
Japanese, South Koreans,
Singaporeans (all of which
are big crypto markets).
What do you think the FCA
is going to do when they hear
about the SEC’S new set of
rules? What do you think the
ECB, BAFIN, etc. will do?
All of them will follow suit
as these new set of rules are
simple to follow and to im-
plement as it is business as
usual and makes sense for
them.
Then when all these Jurisdic-
tions start following suit and
enforcing the same type of
rules where are you going to
sell? Only Africa, South and
Central America and Mongo-
lia will be left… So, in other
words, all of these people are
going to fight for what little
money that can be raised in
these countries!
Needless to say that
the success rate of
ICOS will be even lo-
wer!
