From Curiosity to Citizenship: A Cross-Border Learning Journey with European Voices by Zehra Kayaaslan and Anna Andriulo

Bringing together partner schools from Turkey, Italy, Pamplona-Spain, and Madrid-Spain, the project encouraged students to take on multiple roles— as digital journalists, scriptwriters, puppet designers, and intercultural storytellers. The outcome was a creative and humorous five-episode puppet documentary series, blending accurate information with student voice and imagination.
“ European Voices: Youth Documentaries on Unity and Change” was an eTwinning project designed to help students explore and internalize the meaning of the European Union( EU) – its origins, institutions, shared values, environmental challenges, and pressing current issues. Taking place during the 20th anniversary of eTwinning, the project served as a living celebration of two decades of cross-border educational collaboration in Europe.
