The main objective was to create a supportive school environment that fosters students’ emotional autonomy, positive behaviours, and healthy coping strategies for everyday challenges.
Methodology and tools The methodology was grounded in collaborative, project-based learning, incorporating the following tools and strategies:
• TwinMail and TwinSpace for ongoing communication and activity coordination
• WhatsApp group for instant messaging and teacher collaboration
• Monthly reminders to ensure timely task completion
• Online teacher webinars including Q & A sessions and adaptive planning
First Term: * Students were introduced to eTwinning, created avatars and project logos, participated in online polls, and formed transnational working groups. * The first online meeting celebrated the holiday season, encouraging cultural exchange.
Second Term: * Creation of food pyramids using various materials * Development of a " Nutrition Decalogue " * Organization of a traditional healthy breakfast and suggestions for nutritious snacks * Classroom discussions on time and money management as it relates to habit formation and self-care * Student suggestions for enjoyable physical activities
The activities were co-designed with students, based on their interests and aligned with multiple curriculum areas. They worked in transnational teams, engaging in authentic communication with peers from other European schools.
