In addition, the team coordinated a video screening during school breaks, featuring their reenactments of scenes from the film Suffragette to raise awareness about the historical struggles portrayed in the movie. The Crossword Hunt activity, based on their collaborative booklet“ The ABCs of Women’ s Struggles,” was implemented during Personal Development lessons with XIth“ U” and“ B” classes. The activity challenged students to apply both critical thinking and their knowledge of women’ s rights to solve clues, while learning about influential women in history in an engaging, meaningful way.

Last, not least, the team members organised the“ Women Who Shaped the World Challenge” which was an inspiring quiz-style event, that blended learning with fun, inviting participants to explore the lives and legacies of women who have left a lasting mark on history.
Team 5 hosted a“ Women in STEM Fields” workshop focused on gender representation in science and technology, held in the high school library. They also facilitated a flash debate on the topic:“ Should Governments Implement Stricter Policies to Eliminate the Gender Pay Gap?” in which teams presented compelling arguments: one side advocating for legislative measures such as transparency laws and penalties, while the other supported market-driven solutions. Moreover, the team used their coding skills to create a website showcasing the lives and achievements of remarkable women who have shaped our world through contributions in science, art, leadership, and humanitarian work. Besides this, they displayed a Fact vs. Myth Board in the school hall which was an effective tool for challenging common
Overall, these activities collectively enhanced students’ soft skills( communication, teamwork, time management), critical and creative thinking, digital production, coding skills, media literacy and active citizenship.
