In addition, feedback surveys were conducted with both participating teachers and parents, and the responses were overwhelmingly positive. Overall, the project demonstrated how music can serve as a powerful educational tool, fostering empathy, expression and unity across borders. The collaborative spirit, combined with meaningful content and digital tools, created a truly enriching learning experience for everyone involved.
Buket Yaraş Canbaz is an English teacher with 11 years of experience, currently working at Pınar Kulfat Primary School in Muğla, Türkiye. She has been actively involved in eTwinning projects, focusing on 21st-century skills, environmental awareness, and intercultural learning. She is currently conducting her MA thesis on the impact of eTwinning on 21st-century skill development in EFL classrooms. Her research explores teachers ' project experiences and practices through a case study approach.
Conclusion and Reflections“ Voices and Rhythms: Exploring Music Traditions Through Podcasts” project successfully met its core objectives of enhancing students’ cultural awareness, improving their digital competencies, and supporting the development of their linguistic and collaborative skills through the lens of music. These outcomes were measured through a post-test administered to students, which showed clear evidence of progress in the target areas.
