school students from the 6th and 8th grades : ( Răzvan B ., Sebastian C ., Denis C ., Nicola C ., Marius D ., Robert G ., Denisa M ., Denisa P ., Bogdan D ., Patrick C .) accompanied by two teachers ( Daniel Pop and Vasilica Găzdac ).
The activities carried out within the group mobility of students consisted of holding joint classes with Turkish students , bilingual classes in Turkish and English or in German using teamwork , project-based learning , cooperative learning , digital learning . Students were involved in socializing activities in physical education classes , relaxation classes , outdoor games classes , artistic breaks to get to know each other better , to discuss the advantages of studying science , to identify opportunities to create forms of art through music , Marble or Fingerprint techniques , and finally to play a friendly soccer match . An important aspect in the group activity was realized through the discussions on the topic of cyber-bullying carried out together with Turkish teachers and students , finding solutions to avoid risky situations on the Internet and social networks through interactive activities using digital applications ( Padlet , Jigsaw Planet , Mentimeter , PPT ).
The Romanian team was invited to visit a high school that trained future pilots and mechanics for civil and military aviation where there is a unique library in Turkey set up in a Boeing plane , purchased through a partnership between Turkish Airlines , local institutions , the Turkish government ; the moment of the visit was extremely emotional for our students because they had the chance to simulate flights in a cockpit , interact with teachers and students who are passionate about flying , visit the hangars of the school , read books in this library .
After the lessons in the Turkish school , the Romanian students accompanied by the Turkish students were involved in culturalscientific activities in the Antalya area : guided visit to the old city , the History Museum of Antalya , the Murat Pasha Mosque , the city ' s Science Centre , the Zoo , the Duden and Kursunlu waterfalls and the historical sites of Perge , Side , Manavgat , Aspendos .
The important aspects in the professional training of the teachers participating in the job-shadowing internships were their personalized assistance in foreign language classes , counselling , science classes ( physics , biology , chemistry ) but also consultation hours and analysis of assisted activities together with the Turkish teachers where they presented the specifics of the pilot school specialized in science , the structure of the school year , the content level , the way exams are organized , the digital applications , the evaluation methods of the students , the electronic documents , the types of applied tests , frontal learning alternating with one-on-one learning at one and peer-learning , skills-based learning , discussions with the school management about school activities , projects , partnerships , activities with parents , etc .
