eTwinning projects represent an open dialogue towards knowledge , an enrichment for teachers and students , a reason for discussion , collaboration . I am pleased to have contributed again this year with the planning of a path that is particularly close to my heart . I think that starting from a young age to act represents the key to a change that becomes increasingly indispensable and desirable for the future of each of us .

Testa Fortuna is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert , a Microsoft Innovative Educator Fellow , a Minecraft Global Mentor , and a Scientix-Wakelet- BookCreator Ambassador . She has been a finalist in the Global Challenge Junior Competition with the projects “ Minecraft Mission 2 ” and “ La città sostenibile ”.
The eTwinning project “ Savourer mon assiette sans détraquer ma planète ” has enabled more than 100 pupils and 15 teachers to work in French on a common theme . We come from high and vocational schools in France , Italy , Spain , Romania and Cyprus and we work collaboratively in French on the theme of the environment and more particularly on the environmental score of products that we consume regularly . Our objectives were to raise awareness of the environmental impact of the food on our plates to change eating behaviours , to create and play with our card game and to have a European vision of the different consumptions of our partner countries .
